For most children, successful family reunification after placement is depended upon changes made by the family during placement. With that in mind, we employ two fulltime family therapists whose primary responsibility is to address core family dysfunction. This critical component of our continuum provides a vehicle whereby residents see themselves as a part of a family system that needs healing, rather than seeing themselves as a problem that needs removal.
